This is the membership area of the Cannabis Buyers Club of Marin. Below you will find information to assist you in becoming a member with the Marin Alliance for Medical Marijuana.
In order to become a member of our club, you must first obtain a Medical Marijuana ID card from a public health agency.
We currently accept Medical Marijuana ID cards from the following agencies:
- Oakland Cannabis Buyers Cooperative - 1733 Broadway, Oakland. (510)832-5346 Directions
- San Francisco Department of Public Health - 101 Grove Street, 1st Floor, San Francisco.
- Marin County Department of Vital Statistics - 20 north San Pedro Rd., suite 2006, San Rafael.
Once you are in possesion of a valid ID card from one of the agencies listed above, you may join the club.

These forms may be necessary for you to obtain your Medical Marijuana ID card. You may print these forms for your own use.
